COBRA X

This is the 25th Anniversary Factory Five MkIV Roadster that Jason and Jordan built to replace their original Cobra with no intention of building a career based off of this specific car. It has been extensively modified to show just how extreme their cars can become with some creativity.

Exterior

This Cobra is painted in a one-off paint color with a white and grey tattered flag to substitute the traditional stripe. The wheels and chassis are powder-coated "Ducati Bronze" to commemorate the 25th Anniversary of Factory Five Racing. This car also features out signature headlights and LED roll-bars as well as molded quick jacks on the front and rear for a more modern look.

Power-plant

The beast that powers this 2800 pound car is a 351 Windsor that was bored and stroked to 427 cubic inches that's mated to a Tremec T-56 Magnum. The Hogan's Racing billet intake is fed by a Procharger F1A-94 supercharger that makes 24 pounds of boost to put out 932 rear-wheel horsepower.

Interior

This Cobra went with a modern dash installing a 10' AIMS PDM digital dash with 8' subs and a 10' stinger media system with 360 cameras. The seats were Intatrim seats with a 4 point harness. All the interior was custom leather done by Orlando's magic and the entire car is wired with AIMS PDM-32 system (allowing no fuses or relays in the entire car).

Engine Bay

We wanted to take the time to present the engine as clean as we could! With the extreme supercharger, pulley system, and "COBRA X" as the focus points! All the wiring, hoses, and more were tucked away to show our skill in how an engine bay should be presented!

Racing Stripe

The hand painted racing stripe running down the body encompasses the idea of the

patriotic American Flag tearing away!

Wheels

The custom painted "Ducati Bronze" 25 edition wheels with the Factory Five Wilwood brakes bring the car together.

Rear End

Why not do more?

We added a hidden set of Snap-On tools in the trunk along with the Amps running the 6.5' subs. This was also our first addition of our automatic hydraulic lift for the hood and trunk along with our brake lights integrated into the roll bar.

SEMA Bound

All the work paid off! In 2021 we were invited to show off our custom work to the world at SEMA in LAS VEGAS! It was a dream finally reached and was only the beginning of the work we would bring!
